SYNOPSIS:
The Returner, Miyomoto (Takeshi Kaneshiro) is a lone mercernary/assassin
for hire. He has spent years searching for the man behind the death of his close friend. His search finally ends when he finds
Mizoguchi (Goro Kishitani), a yakuza underboss notorious for killing people and selling off their organs and body parts in
the black market. But just as Miyamoto begins his ultimate showdown with Mizoguchi, a girl named Millie (Ann Suzuki) falls
from the sky and prevents him from exacting vengeance. But Miyamoto soon finds out that things are not what they seem as Millie
has come from the future, traveling back in time to prevent a war between the Daggra, a hostile invading alien life form,
that will destruct all of mankind. Now in a race against time, Miyamoto must help Millie to save the world and find Mizoguchi
at the same time . . .
