A CHINESE GHOST STORY 3

One hundred years after Part I, a monk (Lau Shun) and his student (Tony Leung) are traveling to another temple to deliver a gold Buddha statue. During their travel and unable to afford any more living expenses, they take refuge in the Orchid Temple which is rumored to be haunted. During the night, the Master monk senses evil spirits and decides to go hunt them, leaving his student to protect the Buddha statue. While his master is away, the young monk is visited by a ghost who tries to seduce him. She fails to have an effect on him and he scares her away with his prayers. His master meets the Tree Devil (Lau Siu Ming) and is captured, so the young monk hires a traveling mystic warrior (Jacky Cheung), who is the only disciple of Swordsman Yin (played by Wu Ma from Part I), to help rescue his master.
