Yoko Noguchi is a beautiful and successful plastic surgeon invited by a psychologically challenged woman Yoshie to perform surgery on her despite Doctors declining her past attempts.

Yoshie pleads with Yoko to give her the surgery and in return agrees to pay in cash. Yoko accepts and after the successful operation the disturbed Yoshie continues to come back obsessed with the search for beauty. Never satisfied she forces the Dr. to enter her world of insecurity horror and pain continue.

Yoko utmatelly accepts the challenge, but after the operation realizes that it was only the beginning: after having her face corrected, Yoshio wants her belly and later her virginal vagina operated as well¡¦ Yoko succumbs to these demands as well, but making Yoshie beautiful is only the preparaion for a very ugly ending
