SYPNOSIS:
Working for the United States Government, Wesley (Andy Lau) has the unique
job of handling all incidents that deal with extraterrestrial life on Earth. Wesley has become a specialist in alien life-forms
after a chance encounter with one when he was a young boy. On a routine inspection of a local antique dealer who claims to
own a crystalized blue human bone, Wesley runs into a woman named Fong (Rosamund Kwan) who persists to buy the bone from the
antique dealer. As it turns out, Fong is actually an alien from the Blue Blood Planet who has crash-landed on planet earth
over 400 years ago and is still trying to locate her baby brother (Samuel Pang) who was lost in the crash. Wesley agrees to
Fong, but is sadly interrupted by the FBI's Double X Unit (Shu Qi and Roy Cheung) who is also sent in to investigate the case.
Now on the run from the government, Wesley and Fong are also being chased down by two other aliens who must bring Fong back
to her home planet.
