It has been six years since director Jung Ji Woo courted controversy with his debut feature film,
Happy End, but
now he finally goes back behind the camera to again tell the story of an unconventional love affair.
In Sarangni (a.k.a. Blossom Again) Kim Jung Eun plays In Young, a thirty-year-old school teacher who falls
in love with her seventeen-year-old student, Lee Suk (Lee Tae Sung). The basis for the attraction is that Lee Suk bears a
striking resemblance to her first love. In fact they even share the same name. But when a cute girl at the same school professes
her love for Lee Suk, and In Young's former flame suddenly reappears on the scene, choices have to be made, and hearts prepare
to be broken...
