Embrace Your Shadow which continues the sorrow from his
Funeral
March (2001). This latest title by Joe Ma stars Hong Kong singer Fiona Sit and Taiwanese actor Dylan Guo as a couple.
Having moved so many fans with her music, Fiona Sit will touch the audience with her role as a miserable girl Yin, who feels
obliged to take care of a paralyzed brother (Cheung Kwok Keung) and his 6-year-old daughter. The three of them support each
other to go through all the adversities, and remain affectionate to one another despite all the miseries.
Dylan Guo plays a burglar in his debut on the silver screen. With his somewhat melancholic eyes, he takes on a role very
much different from his previous one in the hot TV series The Outsiders. This burglar Ken runs into Yin's poor but
warm family, and he decides to become her guardian angel. But this is not an easy task after all. While they both want to
hold each other tight, what they embrace may be just the shadow of their beloved ones...
