THE TWINS EFFECT

The vampires have a holy scripture called 'Day for Night' that records the "The Twins Effect" which means a sudden abrupt change that will lead to unprecedented modifications of the world as man knows it! All vampires believe that the effect will be very evolutionary like the change that led to the extinction of the dinosaur era and brought about human kind uncountable years in the past !- Just like all other fantasy stories "The Twins Effect" introduces a world of its very own with very specific happenings. The movie is loosely based on the story that describes the war between vampires and humans in Europe, but the setting has been moved to the 21st century. Ekin Cheng portrays a so-called vampire slayer who has to take on a horde of clever vampires that have their own organization and fight for the preservation of the 'Day for Night' manuscript in order to rule the world !- The dazzling movie features an all-star Asian cast featuring celebrities like the Twins, 3T, Edison Chen, Josie Ho among many others who took part in the shooting of the movie in different parts around the globe including Hong Kong and Thailand! Besides the dream cast, the film also offers lots of action and splendid special effects that rival those of other major Hong Kong productions!
